No one likes to cancel plans, but things happen. Our cancellation policy is fair with the understanding that last-minute cancellations put us in a bind as we staff accordingly and often turn away other folks to hold your room.

  • To cancel your reservation, you must contact us within 72 hours of our 3pm checkin time for any night you have reserved to avoid a charge for that night. For example, if you are to check in on Friday, contact us by Tuesday 3pm to avoid any cancellation fees.  Please note, if you have a multiple night reservation, this may result in a charge for multiple nights depending on the date and time of your cancellation.
  • If you fail to cancel or modify your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged for your entire reservation and your room will be forfeited.
  • If you must leave before your scheduled departure date, please understand that your unused room nights will be subject to the cancellation policy above.

For guests booking direct – If you must cancel your reservation within the 72-hour window, our cancellation policy above applies. However, at your request, we will re-open your room if we are able to resell your room, we will refund you the amount for the nights we are able to resell less a $25 processing fee.
